By making a donation, you acknowledge and agree that:
- The donation is made voluntarily.
- You are not purchasing any goods or services in exchange for the donation.
- The Foundation may utilise the donation towards its programmes, initiatives, activities and other requirements consistent with its stated objects and objectives.
- Donations may be pooled with other contributions and allocated according to the requirements and priorities of the Foundation.
- Making a donation does not confer any ownership, membership, management or other rights in the Foundation upon the donor.

- The information provided by you is true and accurate.
- You are legally authorised to use the payment method used for the donation.
- The funds used for the donation are lawfully owned by you or you are authorised to make the payment.
- The donation is not being made for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
The Foundation reserves the right to decline, hold or return a donation where required by applicable law or where the transaction appears suspicious, fraudulent or otherwise inappropriate.
- Online Payment Processing
The Foundation may use third-party payment gateways and payment service providers to process online donations.
Payments may be made using credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets or other payment methods supported by the applicable payment gateway.
The Foundation does not directly collect or store sensitive payment credentials such as credit/debit card numbers, CVV numbers, UPI PINs, internet banking passwords or other payment authentication credentials.

Following a successful transaction, the Foundation may issue a donation acknowledgement or receipt using the information provided by the donor.
If your account has been debited but the donation has not been confirmed, please contact the Foundation with the relevant transaction/reference number.
- Failed Transactions
If a payment transaction fails but the amount has been debited from the donor’s bank account or payment instrument, the donor should allow the applicable banking/payment gateway system to process the transaction reversal.
Where the payment has not been received by the Foundation, any reversal or refund shall generally be processed through the original payment method in accordance with the applicable bank/payment gateway timelines.
The Foundation will reasonably assist the donor in resolving such issues upon receiving the relevant transaction details.
- Donation Refund and Cancellation Policy
Since donations made to the Foundation are voluntary contributions, successfully completed donations are generally non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.
However, a refund may be considered in exceptional circumstances, including:

The request should include the donor’s full name, email address, contact number, donation amount, date of transaction, transaction/reference ID and reason for requesting the refund.
The Foundation may verify the transaction before approving any refund.
Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear in the donor’s account may depend on the bank, card issuer, payment gateway or other payment service provider.
- Donation Receipt
Where applicable, the Foundation may issue a donation receipt or acknowledgement based on the information provided by the donor.
The donor is responsible for providing accurate information required for issuing the receipt.
The Foundation shall not be responsible for incorrect or incomplete receipts resulting from inaccurate information provided by the donor.
- Tax Benefits
Any tax exemption, deduction or other tax benefit associated with a donation shall be subject to the applicable provisions of Indian tax laws and the eligibility of the donor.
The Foundation does not guarantee that a particular donation will qualify for a tax deduction or exemption.
Donors should consult an appropriate tax professional or refer to applicable government regulations to determine their eligibility.
