Himanshu Roy Foundation (“Foundation”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a Section 8 Company and non-profit organisation established to undertake activities for public benefit, social welfare and other objectives specified in its constitutional documents.
This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how delivery-related matters are handled for donations and contributions made through our website:

- No Physical Delivery of Donations
Himanshu Roy Foundation does not sell or dispatch physical products through its online donation facility.
Donations and contributions made through the website are financial contributions towards the objectives and activities of the Foundation. Therefore, no physical product, merchandise or shipment is associated with an online donation.
Accordingly, shipping charges, delivery charges and delivery timelines do not apply to donations made through the website.
- Donation Confirmation
After a successful donation transaction, an acknowledgement or confirmation may be provided electronically to the email address or contact details submitted by the donor.
The confirmation may include information such as:
- Donor name;
- Donation amount;
- Transaction/reference number;
- Date of donation; and
- Payment status.
The availability and timing of such confirmation may depend on the payment gateway and other technical factors.
- Donation Receipt
Where applicable, the Foundation may issue a donation receipt electronically using the email address or other contact information provided by the donor.
The donor is responsible for providing accurate and complete information while making the donation.
If a receipt is not received after a successful transaction, the donor may contact the Foundation using the contact details provided below.
- Payment Gateway Processing
Online donations may be processed through third-party payment gateways.
The Foundation is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, payment processors, UPI providers, card networks or other third-party service providers.
If the donor’s account has been debited but the donation has not been confirmed, the donor should contact the Foundation with the relevant transaction/reference details.
- Physical Materials or Correspondence
In certain circumstances, the Foundation may, at its discretion, send physical correspondence, documents or other materials to a donor or stakeholder.
Where physical delivery is specifically applicable, the Foundation may communicate the applicable delivery method, charges and estimated delivery timeline separately.
Unless specifically communicated otherwise, no physical delivery is included with an online donation.
- Incorrect Contact or Address Information
The Foundation shall not be responsible for non-delivery of any physical correspondence or documents resulting from incorrect, incomplete or outdated information provided by the recipient.
Recipients are responsible for ensuring that the contact details and address provided to the Foundation are accurate and up to date.
